In July 2022, Adam boldly decided to step away from full-time coaching in the NBA, allowing him to pursue his myriad other passions while expanding his coaching, consulting, and training business. He continues to be deeply involved in charity work through the JEHH Memorial Fund and manages The Clubhouse, a premier basketball training facility in Orange, NJ.
